The Witbier and Barleywine were fermented in the 64 degree range in the basement bathroom while the Altbier was fermented around 60-62 in the open basement. After a week, Der Brauer secondaried the Alt and dropped the temps to 50-52 by moving it into the brew room.
The Altbier was bottled on Sunday February 8th. It dropped about 2 points from when it was secondaried. It tasted great and should turn out as expected.
The Witbier and Barley Wine were bottled on the second Friday of February despite the fact that it was Friday the 13th. Irish Rover had the corn sugar cooled and ready to go when Der Brauer showed up. All went smoothly. The Pilsner has been secondaried, had a diacetyl rest, and is dropping in temp as this is written.
